Jeff Lee began his career as a broker after a long and successful career as a research analyst in the media industry, including work for a number of large networks and data companies. He transitioned into real estate sales in order to pursue new professional challenges and motivate his entrepreneurial spirit, and within the first five years he had earned the distinction of being ranked within the top 1% of brokers by the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR). As a broker, Jeff provides high standards of service, a keen ability for critical analysis, strong negotiation skills, and an approach that achieves exceptional results for each of his clients. He also has built and sustained a solid network of strategic partners and industry resources, which gives both buyers and sellers an advantage as they explore Chicago’s dynamic housing market. He specializes in helping first-time home buyers and luxury property clients.
Jeff has lived in Chicago for over 15 years, and offers particular expertise on several of the city’s neighborhoods, including Wicker Park, Logan Square, Lakeview, Ukrainian Village, West Loop, and South Loop. In addition to his professional affiliations with CAR and the National Association of Realtors (NAR), he is also a member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), and is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). When not focused on his career, he enjoys indulging his interests in photography, pottery, ballroom dance, snowboarding, and watching movies or television.
